Late-breaking Abstract Submission

  • These abstracts should contain novel data, which became available after the standard submission deadline (after August 31).
  • The submission period for Late-breaking Abstracts is from October 2 (Thu) to October 17 (Fri), 2025.
  • An acceptance notice will be sent to the presenting author and corresponding author on October 22 (Wed).

Abstract Guideline

* All abstracts must be submitted online.

Language English
*Abstracts in Korean will only be accepted for the Coordinator Session.

Word limit Abstract Title
No word limit.
Capitalize the first letter of each word. Titles in ALL CAPS are not allowed.
Refrain from using standard abbreviations or acronyms in the title.

Abstract Body
Maximum 300 words.
Author Information No. of Authors
The number of co-authors is limited to nine authors.
All authors' first and family name(s) must be provided in full.
Degrees or titles such as MD after an author's name must be deleted.

Presenting Author, Corresponding Author, Co-authors
Presenting author refers to the person on the author list who attends the congress and presents the e-poster or abstract.
Corresponding author takes primary responsibility for communicating about the abstract.

Author Affiliation
Affiliation should be structured as follows: Department, Institution, and Country.
Abstract Format Structure
The abstract body can be written as a structured abstract (original article) or single paragraph abstract (case study).
  • Original Article: Summary description of study/research set out in a systematic, stylized form under headings structured in: Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
  • Case Study: In-depth analysis of one individual or group written in single paragraph without stylized headings.

Pictures/Graphs/Tables
Up to one picture or graph or table is allowed.
Presentation Types Authors have the option to indicate their preference on their presentation type among
‘Oral Presentation’, ‘Mini-oral Presentation’ or ‘E-poster Exhibition’
The Scientific Committee, however, reserves the right to decide the final type of presentation for all abstracts after review.
Please note that space is very limited for oral presentations.

Submission Process

  1. Sign up and Log in Step 1

    Sign up and log in on this website. If you are already signed up on this website, you can use your account for your abstract submission.

  2. Submission and Confirmation Step 2

    After entering all required abstract contents, a confirmation letter will be sent to the presenting author via email.

  3. Review & Modification Step 3

    You can review or modify submitted abstracts until October 17 (Fri), 2025 by visiting “My Page” on the ATW 2025 website.

  4. Acceptance Notice Step 4

    An acceptance notice will be sent to the presenting author and corresponding author on October 22 (Wed).
