Abstract Guideline

* All abstracts must be submitted online.

* Only Korean-language abstracts will be accepted for the Coordinator Session.

Word Limit Abstract Title
No word limit.
Capitalize the first letter of each word, excluding articles (e.g., a, an, the), conjunctions (e.g., and, or), and prepositions (e.g., in, on, at, for, with, by). Titles in ALL CAPITALS are not permitted. Please refrain from using standard abbreviations or acronyms in the title.

Abstract Body
Maximum 300 words.
Author Information Number of Authors
The number of co-authors is limited to nine.
All authors’ first and family name(s) must be provided in full.
Degrees or titles (e.g., MD) must not be included after author names.

Presenting Author, Corresponding Author, and Co-authors
The presenting author is the individual who attends the congress and presents the e-poster or abstract.
The presenting author will be the primary contact for all abstract-related communications, and the corresponding author will serve as the secondary contact.

Author Affiliation
Affiliations should be listed in the following order: Department, Institution, Country.
Abstract Format Structure
The abstract body should be written either as a structured abstract (Original Article) or as a single-paragraph abstract (Case Study).
  • Original Article: A summary of the study or research presented in a structured format with the following headings: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • Case Study: An in-depth analysis of an individual or group, written as a single paragraph without section headings.

Pictures, Graphs, and Tables
Only one picture, graph, or table is allowed.
Track & Presentation Types 1. Track Selection (ATW 2026 / TSS in Asia 2026)
Authors will be asked to select a track at the time of abstract submission:
  • Consider for both ATW 2026 and TSS (recommended)
  • ATW 2026 only
  • TSS in Asia 2026 only

2. Presentation Type
Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type among ‘Oral Presentation’, ‘Video Presentation’, ‘Mini-oral Presentation’, or ‘E-poster Exhibition’.
However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation type for all abstracts after review.
Please be noted that time and space for oral presentations is very limited.

* There is no limit on the number of slides.
Submit a video file (maximum 7 minutes, 16:9 ratio).
* “Video Presentation” does not refer to an online presentation; presenters should use video content (e.g., surgical videos) instead of PowerPoint.
Submit a PowerPoint presentation (maximum 5 slides) in landscape format (16:9 ratio).
* As the slides will be converted into images, animation effects cannot be used.

Submission Process

  1. Sign up and Log in Step 1

    Sign up and log in on this website. If you already have an account, you may use it to submit your abstract.

  2. Submission and Confirmation Step 2

    After completing all required abstract fields, a confirmation email will be sent to the presenting author.

  3. Review & Modification Step 3

    You may review or modify your submitted abstract until August 16 (Sun), 2026, by visiting “My Page” on the ATW 2026 website.

  4. Acceptance Notice Step 4

    An acceptance notice will be sent to the presenting and corresponding author on September 23 (Wed), 2026.
