• The pre-registration closes on October 29. After that, only on-site registration will be available during the congress period (November 12-14).
• ATW 2026 will be held offline and on-site only (Cannot attend online).
• After you complete your registration, please visit My Page to check your registration information.
• If you would like to become an international KST member, please inquire directly with KST via email, as the KST website is currently being renewed.

• Updates related to new and existing members of the Korean Society for Transplantation, including the renewal of annual membership fees, is conducted every Thursday morning. To ensure a smooth application of registration fee discounts, we kindly ask new members and those who have paid their annual membership fees to proceed with their registration after Thursday each week.

• The 17th Deceased Donor Organ Transplant Skill Workshop (DDOT) will be held on November 11 (Wed), 2026, the day before the start of ATW 2026.
• Participation Fee: USD 30
  *Payment of the registration fee is required at the time of pre-registration. The full DDOT registration fee will be refunded after the congress to participants who attend the program.
• Due to limited seats, please note that selecting "will attend" in the Session 2 Hands-on program does not mean that your attendance is guaranteed.
• We will send your attendance confirmation and detailed information after your registration is completed.

If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa, please refer to the below:

• The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payment.
• The letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.

Printing an invitation letter through the ATW 2026 website

• Please access ‘My Page – Registration’ with your registered ID and PW and click on 'Invitation Letter’ to print out a copy of original invitation letter.

Notarized Invitation Letter

• Request will be processed as a part of the online registration system. USD 60 will be charged for the notary service and air courier letters will be sent by airmail within two weeks after confirmation of your full payment. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.

• Payment for registration fee should be made by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.

Credit Card

• Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within a day after your payment.
• Payment by credit card is available only through the ATW 2026 website.
• All service charge of credit card are to be paid by the registrant.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’.

Wire Transfer

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
• The sender’s name should be same as registrant’s name. If they are not identical, please send the copy of the wire transfer slip to the ATW 2026 Secretariat by e-mail (registration@atweek.org) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.
• Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days.

After making Payment

• You can check the payment status at ‘My page’.
• Payment status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Complete’ within three weeks upon clearance of your payment.
• Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’.

• If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the ATW 2026 Secretariat (registration@atweek.org). Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by an e-mail.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
• All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

• Cancellation after October 30 (Fri), 2026: No Refund
